Recommendation Phase

At the conclusion of each project, we prepare an Engagement Summary Report. The report will summarize recoveries by vendor and by type, offer control improvement recommendations, and quantify the client's overall disbursement accuracy rate. We believe that derivation of the disbursement accuracy rate provides the client with an important internal control metric. The disbursement accuracy rate can be monitored from review-to-review to provide meaningful information to financial managers. The information presented within the report can be used to provide direct feedback to operating departments....in an effort to mitigate future payment issues.
